Ashes to Ashes

Hourglass illustration inspired by the phrase, "ashes to ashes, dust to dust". There are two opposing skulls: one made up of the falling sand at the bottom, the other is the empty void created by time disappearing. The hourglass is surrounded by a frame of victorian filigree and claws.

"...for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return."
